The checkout process will automatically calculate your order total, shipping costs, and any applicable tax before you submit your payment information. Please review your order carefully before submitting! A confirmation e-mail receipt will be sent once we receive your order. You may also return to the site at anytime to review your order or check its status.
We reserve the right to refuse any international orders. In addition, all international orders will be subject to a minimum 2 day hold for security and fraud-prevention purposes. Also, due to tight security measures, some credit cards originating in non-US countries will be declined even if it is a valid credit card. If you are ordering from a country other than the US and try checking out but your credit card is not being accepted, please stop and follow these directions:
1.) Check out again, however select "Check/Money Order" as the payment method instead of credit card.
2.) In the "comments" section, type in your credit card number, your CVV number (the 3 digit number on the back of the card), and the expiration date. This will allow us to perform a security check and manually process the card.
For International orders, Duties and Taxes will be billed directly to the recipient. This is a separate charge from the one paid online at the time of order.

Anytime you submit personal information (i.e your name and address) or a credit card number, it is protected by this encrypted connection. Most orders paid for by credit card are shipped within 1 business day. At the time you checkout, you will be presented with all available shipping methods and the cost for each one. You may then choose whichever shipping method best suits your needs. Our primary shipping provider is FedEx. We compared shipping costs for the typical package we ship, and found FedEx to be the best value to our customers for most ground shipments. In addition, they have a track record of providing extremely reliable service.
Once a FedEx package is shipped, this will be noted, and the tracking number added to your order record. You can access this at anytime by logging onto our website. You can then view real-time tracking information provided through a secure link to FedEx. There is no need to leave our site to get this tracking information. However, if you wish, you can also cut-and-paste the tracking number into FedEx's website to obtain tracking information there as well.
Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped to California. If this applies to you, you will see it listed and included in your order total at the time of checkout.
We understand that mistakes happen. If, for some reason, you need to cancel an order, we will do our best to do so up until the order has shipped.
To cancel your entire order, please send us a note. Be sure to mention the following:
1.) Your invoice/order number
2.) Reason for cancellation.

If within 30 days of your order, you decide you want to return the product, please request an RMA number. We will get back to you with a Return Authorization Request number and return instructions. DO NOT RETURN A PRODUCT WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER!
Exceptions: Some of our products are rather intricate kits with numerous parts. Kits that have already been assembled may not be returned. However, if the reason you want to return the kit is related to damaged, missing, or defective parts, the individual parts may be exchanged or replaced.
Shipping and handling costs (including return shipping) are not refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
